Tenzing Phanthok, MD
Dr. Phanthok joined Athens Pulmonary in 2021. She earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean in St. Maarten and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the AU/UGA Medical Partnership in Athens, GA. She then completed fellowships in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Augusta University Medical Center and in Sleep Medicine at Baylor School of Medicine. Dr. Phanthok is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. Her clinical interests include COPD, critical care, and sleep medicine. She has active privileges at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center, Saint Mary’s Hospital, and Landmark Hospital of Athens.
