While insurance does cover replacement CPAP supplies, due to high deductibles and limited insurance benefits for CPAP supplies, we are offering an alternative to filing your insurance for your CPAP supplies. Please take note of some important details pertaining to purchases made on this online store:

• ALL purchases are SELF-PAY and CANNOT be filed with your insurance carrier
• ALL CPAP Equipment requires a doctors prescription - Orders CANNOT be processed without a valid order/prescription
• If you choose to utilize our TELEHEALTH platform to obtain your CPAP Order/Rx - This service is only available in the state of Georgia and will be  SELF-PAY only.
